Single Serving Apple Crisp

I am a huge SUCKER for apple crisp. I could eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But… a 9×13 pan of apple crisp is even hard to get through for an addict like me. This recipe is perfect for 1 or 2 for date night!

Filling:

  • 2 Honey Crisp Apple
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • Few Shakes of Cinnamon

Topping:

  • 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/3 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tbsp Butter – Softened

Serves: 2

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray two ramekins with cooking spray.
  3. Mix all the filling ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  4. Separate the filling mixture into the two ramekins, set aside.
  5. Mix all the topping ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Add softened butter last! Smash butter into ingredients until crumbly.
  6. Divide topping evenly between both ramekins.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes – until top is golden. Mine is usually done around 27 minutes.
  8. Enjoy with whip cream, ice cream, or plain greek yogurt.
